• From idea to working prototype. I coach founders and product teams through vision, roadmap, backlog, epics, UX, and MVP scope, then turn concepts into working prototypes with Claude, Claude Code, and Bolt. When a startup needs delivery support, I own scope, sequencing, and release decisions while requirements are still taking shape, connecting tools through n8n, APIs, and webhooks and setting up Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
• Agile training for teams. Training programs cover agile ceremonies, team estimation, backlog management, user story writing, and sprint design in Jira, Confluence, and Miro, giving teams facilitation tools they can put to work the next day.
• One-to-one coaching. Using ICF and ICE-AC coaching methods, I work with product owners, founders, and tech professionals on agile principles, facilitation, and career growth, from clarifying your next step to preparing for your next interview.
