About me

I am Edo,
your product coach & trainer

I am based in Stuttgart, Germany, and I work online with engineers, junior PMs, founders, and career changers across the world. Over 15 years across startups, scale-ups, and enterprises, in multiple countries and with multicultural teams, I have seen the same gap appear everywhere: smart technical people who understand the product deeply but were never taught how to work across the invisible lines between engineering, product, and design. I have been on both sides of that gap. This site is what I built to close it.
I help engineers and early-career product people turn product complexity into clear decisions and better collaboration.

My story

What I noticed after 15 years

Many teams, and many industries, one thing stayed constant: the best product outcomes happen when engineers, designers, and product people think together, not in sequence.

Engineers bring deep technical judgment.
Designers bring user perspective. Product managers bring context and direction. When all sides understand each other's world, better products follow.

I built this site to make that kind of thinking accessible, practical, and grounded in real work.
  • Engineering and product thinking are two sides of the same coin.
  • I help you learn to use both.
What we offer

What I believe

Thinking

Most product courses teach you what to think. This site is built on the belief that what matters is knowing how to think when the situation does not match the theory.

People

Frameworks do not make decisions. People do. And people need practice with real ambiguity, not permission to use a 2x2 matrix.

Context

The gap between engineering, design,  and product is not a skills gap. It is a communication and context gap. And it is closable.
