To raise the standard of how tech products are shaped and built by helping builders understand the problem, make the call, and get it done. I bridge engineering, product, and design so thinking and building happen together.

About me

I am Edo, 
your product coach & trainer

Based in Stuttgart, Germany, I work online with engineers, new product managers, founders, and career changers around the world. In 16 years across startups, scale-ups, and enterprises in several countries, working with intercultural teams, I have seen the same gap appear everywhere, where smart technical people understand the product deeply yet were never taught how to work across the lines between engineering, product, and design. I have worked on both sides of that gap, first as a developer and later as a product and project manager/agile coach, and this site is what I built to help close it.
I coach founders, engineers, and product teams to turn complex products into clear decisions, working prototypes, and better collaboration.

My story

What I noticed after 16 years

Across many teams and industries, one thing stayed constant. The best product & project outcomes happen when engineers, designers, business, and product people think together from the start.

Engineers bring deep technical judgment, designers the user's perspective, and product managers context and direction, and when each side understands the others' world, better products follow. I built this site to make that way of thinking accessible and practical, grounded in the work teams do every day.

Theory helps until the situation stops matching it. My work focuses on how to think when that happens, so you can decide with confidence in any context.

People

Frameworks are tools, and decisions belong to people. Good judgment grows through practice with ambiguous situations, which is why every session starts from your own challenges.

Context

The gaps between engineering, design, and product usually come from communication and missing context, and they close with shared language, practice, and teams that learn to think together.
